Exchanges
We proudly stand by the quality of our products. If your Pearl Glide arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to exchange it for a brand-new device — quickly and hassle-free.
To request an exchange:

- Include your order number
- Attach a short video clearly showing the defect or issue
Once verified, we'll send you a replacement device to the shipping address of your choice at no cost to you.
