Shipping policy
We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. All orders are fulfilled using ShipStation, which allows us to streamline shipping and provide you with real-time tracking updates from the moment your package leaves our facility.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information powered by ShipStation, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. ShipStation automatically compares rates from multiple carriers to offer you the best available option.

*International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their local governments.
Real-Time Tracking
Thanks to ShipStation's integrated tracking tools, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can click the link in your email to view real-time updates directly from the carrier.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, but delays may occur due to:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Weather events or natural disasters
We'll keep you informed if we foresee any unexpected delays.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at management@whiteopalinnovations.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address through ShipStation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Double-check with neighbors or household members
- Look around entryways or mailbox areas
- Contact the carrier directly for GPS delivery confirmation
If the issue persists, contact us. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked as delivered, we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim through the carrier used via ShipStation.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for some carriers)
- Countries where product ingredients are restricted by customs
